I don't recommend Carvana unless you live near one of their facilities. The car arrived within the time frame they quoted, kudos for the that. The third party delivery was amazing— he communicated well, very respectful, and helpful! The car is what I wanted for the most part. The car arrived and the front passenger window wouldn't roll down— filed a claim, haven't heard back. Plus the rear defrost doesn't work— so there is that, my husband finally got fed up and said he would figure it out.
When it came to getting registration— it was a hot mess express— no one on Carvana's end could tell me much. I didn't get a shipping confirmation or tracking code, so the title and everything had to be tracked down after hours (& I didn't know exactly what I was picking up). Then the checks, one guy told me one thing, another something else, and then one person had no idea what was going on. If you live close to one of their facilities, it may go differently, but for someone buying from the Nebraska panhandle— eh, not so much.
