Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a car. Much better than dealing with a car lot, and the price was better than most I found out there anyway! The only sad part was not receiving any "gifts" that friends had told me to expect from when they purchased their cars through here.

By far this was the best car buying experience I have ever had the pleasure of going through. Extremely easy and aggravation free. I will never go to a dealership ever again.

I loved the website and it was easy to set up your own terms. Had no problem getting approved. They delivery guy was awesome and was from my home town so he knew right where to drop it off.

This might be kind of long but I want to be honest about my experience. OK, so my someone recommended Carvana to my husband. We had recently gotten into a accident and our car was total loss. We were desperate to find a car but never had time for the dealers and also there were some credit issues. Well my husband and I were a little skeptical about it. Like really? you do everything online? and your car just gets delivered to you? sounded to go to be true. Well we spent a whole weekend asking each other, should we? and we did since there is a 7 day test own, I said if anything we can just return it. I had to write this review because I spent to days reading reviews A LOT! of them were negative and a few positive one. Well i think on a Sunday we pick the car and did the application. we uploaded documents like , pay stubs, and license. For the down payment we had to verified our funds, we payed with my card but my husband was not a authorized user and they said he needed to, no problem, the next day we went to bank and did it it took less than 30 minutes. So that Monday we called the bank and Carvana did a 3 way with my husband to verify the funds and also that he was allowed to use my account. That day the documents were verified and the funds and there was also a delivery date established for Wednesday. They later on sent on Tuesday sent a email saying that we need another document for proof of address, so I just to a picture of a bill and uploaded.. So easy! after that I opened a chat of with them way better than calling and asked if the document i uploaded was okay it took like 3 minutes and the person said yes! and everything got verified. My husband had put our home address for the car to get delivered but he called and asked if he could change it to his work address so he wouldn't miss work and they said yes! And Wednesday we got our car! He just need to have his valid license and proof of insurance. The car (2016 Chevy Cruze LT) is gorgeous we checked everything and its great I got to drive it a little after he came back from work. They did forget the document for the title and the delivery person which right away my husband said he was very friendly, said that they would mail to us. Today is Thursday{the next day} and we got that document at 8am delivered to our house through FedEx and it has a prepaid envelope so we can sign it and send it back! what! So today is only our second day with the car, and if anything changes Ill give it an update. but it is unreal how easy this process was. As far as the car the only thing that i was sad about was, that is the description it says Bluetooth but I just discovered is only to make calls not listen to music. At least it has aux.

Purchasing a car from Carvana was the best experience I ever had. Will forever be a customer and will definitely let everyone know..

I was hesitant to purchase on line but found the car I wanted with low miles. The customer service was top notch and the car was spotless when delivered! I'm in love with the car and didn't have to leave my home! I've received follow up calls from carvana to make sure I am happy with the car - the guy that delivered my car was so helpful, on time, polite and you could tell - he loves his job! I have been so blessed by this experience!

I bought a 2016 Checy Cruze, which I absolutely enjoy every thing about my car, front start to finish. The process of selection,signing document adding things at the last minute. The process that I think is worthy of mentioning is the delivery of your vehicle. The night my car arrives was very cold, but the driver was pleasant, kind and patient. I was referred by a co-worker, and I'm glad I decided to look into the process of online car buying.
