First I would like to thank everyone who had a part in the purchase of this vehicle..the Carvana staff, my loan officer, and the deliveryman. This is exactly the vehicle I wanted. I bought this vehicle three days ago on 11/13/2014. From start to finish it took two weeks. It was trial and error because it was my credit union first time in dealing with an online purchase but everyone was patient and I'm overly excited to have my vehicle. I received a call at 9:08 saying my vehicle was being cleaned and it would arrive NLT noon. I received another call at 12:10 saying they were going to be late due to the inspection team and that it would arrive in an hour and forty five minutes. Well it arrived 3:30 at the credit union. We did last minute stuff and delivered it to my house at 5:30. Me and the driver looked over the vehicle and we both said it was dirty. Inside was clean, outside dirty. He told me another crew had done the cleaning. You would have thought it was driven here instead of on a truck. You could see where it was wiped off and a little shine on the tires and on some of the other black areas. The vehicle also had 25 miles more on the odometer than posted. The Carvana staff went above and beyond to meet the needs of my credit union. The Carvana staff and myself kept each other informed during the entire process. I can't express my sincere gratitude about the staff. They were great. The vehicle being dirty is very minor to me but I know that Carvana try to meet the needs of the customer to ensure satisfaction based on other reviews that I've read. I've also recommended Carvana to others. Now that I know how the process works I plan on getting more vehicles from them in the near future.
