I'll attempt to keep this short and sweet, but my overall experience with Carvana was amazing.
Online reservation process was simple (and the ability to reserve a car before it was photographed was a huge plus as I was looking for a very specific car).
The customer service reps were always very nice and answered my questions and accommodated my needs. If you have a problem or want something out of the ordinary (in my case booking my pick up 17 days out which was outside the normal 2 week window), they always were able to answer the question or provide a solution. Even after my purchase and 7 day test drive they continue to be great and have helped me with some financing / title / registration questions.
The pickup at the Nashville vending machine was a breeze. No surprises after showing up (with my trade in or otherwise). The vending machine is kinda gimmicky but is a cool process. The customer service rep at the vending machine could not have been nicer or made the paperwork more pleasant.
After my ~45 minute pick up process and I officially had a new car I took it straight to the dealer for a PPI. An hour later they told me that the car was in really great shape and I got a great deal.
I'm a little over two weeks into my ownership and I am extremely satisfied. In my attempt to find negatives in the process (because I've been raving about it so much my friends think I'm working for Carvana!), I would say that the detail the car had was not up to my picky standards, I was only given one key, and there have been some minor paperwork problems. I feel like I got such a great deal that I don't care about the detail (since even if it was great I would have detailed it again on my own), Carvana paid for an extra key (which in my case was $310!!!), and solving the paperwork problems was not a chore because the customer service reps were so great.
All in all I took a chance with Carvana and because they had the specific car I was looking for I went for it. I'm really glad I did!
