After months of searching and feeling defeated after leaving traditional car lots, I was happy to give Carvana a try after seeing the "That Didn't Suck" ad on TV. I was truly blown away by how easy the process was, even with some of the technical difficulties that occurred. Customer Service was always excellent and professional, both via email and phone. Believe me, I am a thorough shopper, and I take my time and ask numerous questions. I even tried a competitor, only to basically have a traditional car lot experience online! (Inflated APR, and Low Ball Trade). Carvana gave me an extremely fair trade in value, and their in house financing was a breeze, with competitive interest rates. Communication was excellent throughout the process, as was the actual delivery. Vehicle was immaculate, and was the exact vehicle I had been looking for. While I did not purchase the extended warranty, pricing for that was also competitive, and multiple reviews out there state that Carvana does stand by its sale and will have your back if anything goes wrong. The only downside was purchasng a week or two too early in Austin, so I didn't get to have the vending machine experience! Highly recommend Carvana.
