The process of buying a new car and trading in my old car was really good. The post-pickup experience left a bit to be desired. When leaving the Carvana kiosk in Oak Brook, IL the person i worked with said he'd call me back in the next 24 hrs as we still had some unresolved items (i never had a front license plate mounted to my car - this is law in IL.) Also, he was going to check on the status of my all weather floor mats (weren't in the car at the time of purchase.) HE NEVER CALLED. I called Carvana customer service twice after this point and had to wait roughly 20 minutes each time. I finally got a call back and was told they would ship the front license plate to my house but that I would need to mount it myself. Very odd. As for the floor mats the answer was "if they weren't present at the time of when Carvana bought the car then they won't deliver them to a buyer." WHILE MOSTLY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE, I HAVE SOMEWHAT MIXED FEELINGS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
