I tried to buy two vehicles before I ended up getting a third because the first two experienced multiple delays. I was actually at the vending machine, paperwork signed, to pick up the first vehicle and the check engine light came on. I waited a few weeks and decided to try another car. This one arrives late and when it does arrive the rear window is broken. After three more delays with this vehicle I selected another. This one finally came through. After exactly one month I was able to finally get a car, but if it had not been for one representative of the company that works the Twitter feed (Krista Grimsley) I would have walked! Krista was the only person actually helping me and keeping me in the loop. After explaining my situation she babysat my account and took EXCELLENT care of me. Although my overall experience was bad, Krista turned it around.
