Every time something was needed I was notified. The process was super easy and very thorough, no hidden fees of any kind. My delivery man, Tad from Alexandria, TN, provided exceptional service! He communicated with me about repairs and parts before delivery, made sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a great experience, and I would recommend Carvana to anyone in the market for a car!

Found the car of my dreams. Beginning the process was very easy. Once I reserved the car, things were a little rocky. I initially asked to have my car delivered to my home by a 3rd party, as a rep advised me I was outside the delivery area. I overnighted my check as instructed. I called repeatedly and was told the check was not at the processing center, even though they could see from the tracking number it had been received. I got lots of different answers as to why the check had not been processed. Finally, I spoke to a Rep, Hannah, that knew what she was doing! She told me the car could indeed be delivered within 10 minutes of my home (I'd been told previously I was 4 hours away from the closest hub and I'd have to drive half way to meet). After speaking to Hannah, the check was suddenly processed and my delivery scheduled. I only had one other hiccup, my Farm Bureau insurance agent would not add insurance for my car, until I had the car in hand. However, Carvana, Phil, said it's TN state law that we have insurance before it's delivered. This is not true, as my husband works in the car industry. We ended up just adding the insurance and the car was delivered. Our delivery driver, Christopher, was great. He even submitted a request for a second key to be made, so we wouldn't have too. Now…. To see how long it takes to get our tags and registration. This may completely change my review.

The entire thing was new to me but i wont ever go back to the dealerships again! we got a great truck for a great price, we were treated fairly on the trade and the delivery person was amazing! the only 2 things i wish were different is 1 i wish you guys would look into a different warranty company to deal with for your extended warranties the one you use has awful awful awful reviews... i would have purchased a warranty had the company you use been better. and 2 there seem to be some glitches with your registration process for my disabled veteran tag in tn... one of the things i get from my state that helps me out is free tags.. i never have to pay for plates because i am a 100% disabled combat vet... this seemed to cause a lot of confusion and at one point i was told i had to have your plate because i financed it through you... i have lost a lot in the service of my country, i need 2 wear 2 braces to walk with a cane... im in constant uncontrollable pain and honestly i feel i deserve the perks i get and that free lifetime license plate is one of them. someone needs to fix this issue :)

Say goodbye to traditional car dealerships. I cannot imagine walking into a dealership ever again. You get to see any imperfection on your vehicle before you sign the papers. Also, you have 7 days to really fall in love with your car as I did or swap it out for something else. All my future purchases will be from Carvana. Dan V. Clarksville, TN

This process was so stress free. I was able to look at the vehicle I wanted, got great trade in value! Over the phone CSR "Q" as he called himself was outstanding. Above and beyond. At the Nashville TN vending machine staffer Chelsea could not have been more helpful, kind and made the final signing easy. Masks, social distancing, everything was enforced. It was a thrill to see the car come down and out. I felt like I had just won a prize on a game show. It was no game show, it was the real thing. The car was just as it was advertised online. I knew I would keep it on the three hour drive home! -John

This was the easiest car buying process! I loved that I could do everything online and when I went to pick up my car is looked the same exact as the pictures online. Maddie at the Nashville TN location was super nice and helpful. When we test drove our car and came back they had a goody baskets made up for my kids. Best customer service as well! 10/10 hands down

The entire experience really was easy & stress free! I've always hated dealing with salesmen & dealerships & going in with one price & being talked into something I didn't like or was out of my budget. With Carvana you can shop at home at your leisure & pick exactly what you want & within your budget & not be hassled with emails & phone calls just because you are looking. No joke, I started looking for a car about a month ago & in 1 week alone I received 50 calls & 20 emails from dealerships trying to get me to come in. That's a definite way to get me to NOT come in ever! With the hours I work & family to take care of once I get home, this was just the obvious easy solution. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey fully loaded & I couldn't be happier. It was very clean & all smelled like a brand new car. Upon looking at it at the vending machine my CS rep immediately showed me where the GT decal had been damaged & that she had already sent an email to Carvana reps to have it repaired or compensate me since it was not in the originally description of the car. Within a few days Carvana contacted me & was more than willing to cover the cost of the repair & told me to just send them a copy of the estimate from wherever I decided to take it to be repaired. I've only had the car a week but I'm loving it & have had a great experience with Carvana so far. I would definitely buy from them again! (Nashville TN area vendor)
