Our warranty repair process

Find a repair shop
Go to the "Service and repair" section of your My Cars page to search for a nearby, in-network shop. After, you'll be able to schedule an appointment.

Take your vehicle in
Ask the shop to call our warranty provider, SilverRock™ at 866-628-3905 to start a claim.

Get your repairs
We'll take it from here. Our provider will review the diagnostics, approve covered repairs and pay the shop directly.
