Things were running smoothly. Then, 4 hours before delivery, I got an email that my truck was going to be 7 days delayed. I was not happy. By the time I got to my phone to call and complain, I *received* a phone call from the local Carvana office, fully explaining the situation, my options, and the fact that they would do all they could to shorten the delay. (The hood was dented during transport from Nashville to DC. They fully replaced the hood.) I received updates via phone call every day and received my truck 2.5 days after my original time and it's perfect! So, problems can be bad. But, Carvana handled it locally, personally, quickly, and made sure I was communicated to. 5 out of 5.

I have already shared my Carvana experience with a few folks. I can sum it up in three words; I was impressed. I found this the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever conducted. From start to finish I don't believe the purchase took longer than 40 minutes and that included a chat with an advocate. Compared to spending half the day at a dealer waiting on the sales manager then the finance guy/gal; this was a breeze. The process was simple and the web site made it very easy to upload files and sign necessary documents. The only thing I didn't care for was what I termed the "countdown clock". Due to this clock I felt a bit rushed as if I didn't get the transaction complete in time my selection would have been put back into the inventory. Other than that I have nothing but good words about Carvana. I would like to make a shout out to Denzel; my delivery driver. I know the roads and highways here in the Metro DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia area can be frightful at times. Denzel had the misfortune of being locked in traffic, at a standstill for over three hours. Yet upon his arrival he was pleasant and in no way rushed me so that he could expedite his return to the yard. He took his time, let me spend a few minutes driving the truck, and then went through all of the paperwork in a calm, no hurry manner. Denzel's service to me was exceptional. So that's it from me. I'm very happy with my purchase. I believe I got a good value. And I hope our new vehicle will get my wife and I around for many years to come. Thanks Carvana and THANKS! DENZEL!

Great concept. I was traveling in Washington DC and had limited time to find a car for my mother who lived in California. I searched the Carvana Website, found a car, reviewed all the photos/details/blems, accepted the car, made the transaction and the car arrived at mom's the following week, as described and in great condition. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because several times (3) I was supposed to get a return call from them which did not happen. However, everytime I called them, they were very easy to deal with and very helpful. I believe they are still relatively new and are pretty overwhelmed and short staff. Bottom line, I would buy from them again.

My wife and I recently decided to trade in my old 2007 Mazda6 due to a number of minor problems that were cropping up with the car. I had already looked at Carvana a number of times in the past when car shopping and was impressed with the user interface and price/vehicle selection on the website, and after several positive reviews, we decided it was a good idea to use Carvana to buy our new car and trade in mine. The process from top to bottom was excellent. I really like Mazda's and there were several great options for a newer model with low mileage and lots of features for the money. We settled on one that we both liked and started the buying process. I had already had my trade-in amount calculated (also very quick and easy), so all I needed to do was confirm some things like: driver's license, buying or financing, etc. We used Delta Community for financing which was awesome because we bank with them already, and their partnership with Carvana was seamless. If there were ever any questions I had about anything, one quick phone call to either Carvana customer support or the DC liaison answered them thoroughly. In the end, all of my documents were so easy to load and contracts were signed, and I was ready for the delivery of my new car and pick up of my trade-in. The delivery was probably the best part of this whole experience, which is saying a lot. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the incredibly friendly delivery lady, probably because I was so excited and nervous (sorry! I really wanted to name drop!). My parents were over at our house because my dad was on the title of my trade-in and had to be present. We were all worried because my driveway and the street we live on are both very steep. It didn't matter; not only was she EXACTLY on time (down to the first minute of my delivery window), but she lowered my new car into the street and backed it into my driveway with no problem. It was BEAUTIFUL and looked exactly as pictured online. I gave it a spin around the neighborhood and loved it. She gave my trade-in a spin and the trade-in price was honored just like they say online. She answered all of my questions and the few remaining documents I had to sign were a breeze. The whole process probably took about 30-45 minutes. tldr; This company and the experience of buying and trading in a car and having it delivered right to your door were TOP TO BOTTOM AMAZING!
