The entire process was quick & easy. All the paperwork was done online from the purchase approval & signing docs. Scheduled an appointment to pick up the car in Tempe, Az. We were in & out of the location within 40 minutes. Wasn't setting at a dealership for hours & hours like we have done in the past. The coolest part of the purchase was they give you a token to put in a machine & you literally watch you car come down from the vending machine!! VERY IMPRESSIVE! Stress free. THANK YOU CARVANA!!!

From start to finish the whole car buying process has been the best experience I've had when buying a car, and I have bought cars in 3 different countries! The ease and range of cars available on the website is second to none. The speed and efficiency of getting the car was excellent (only negative is the doors were locked to the building in Tempe, AZ and I had to walk around the building until someone noticed me!)

loved that I did not have to waste a day at the dealer lot. The whole process was as painless as possible. Prices were good. My only complaint would be, the car I picked had almost 7 year old tires on it. While they had plenty of tread left there was some sidewall cracking and in AZ. with our heat tires over 5 years old are just asking for tire issues.

We purchased 2 vehicles from Carvana in 2021 and will never step foot in a dealership again. Carvana offered us more for the vehicles that we traded in than any dealership and gave us lower monthly payments on the much nicer vehicles we traded for.
The process is seamless, the customer service is prompt and helpful, the delivery service is awesome. Our most recent delivery driver, Quan (Tempe, AZ Carvana), was amazing.
We live in a world now where you're used to dealing with jaded and burnt out people and Quan is one of the few that restores your hope. He was kind, attentive, and you could tell he took great pride in doing a good job. He even came back to our home the following day with gifts. Someone give that man a raise! Thank you Quan and everyone at Carvana for such a great experience twice over!

2010 Chevrolet Camaro
I picked up my 2010 Camaro in Tempe, AZ, but it originally came from Florida. The auto body shop Carvana used in FL did a terrible job of re-spraying the front bumper; there were nickel sized bubbles in the paint and over-spray on the grill. I called Carvana, and huge kudos to Sophia at the Tempe Carvana office for sending me right over to a local body shop to fix it within the 7 day period. 1st Class Auto Body in Scottsdale did an amazing job, but unfortunately, this took a week, and that meant I didn't have the full 7 day period to get to know the car enough to make a decision on returning it or not. Upon my first drive in traffic, the car over-heated; a quick check of the coolant level revealed it was over two quarts low on coolant! I purchased the proper coolant and topped it off, and that fixed the overheating. I'm just surprised this extremely low coolant level wasn't discovered during Carvana's inspection process. Also of note, there was a bunch of hand written mechanic's notes in the glove-box from Carvana's inspection process (I don't think they meant to leave them in there). I did find them useful, as it mentioned some of the repairs/replaced parts, but it also had a note that said, "diagnose active oil leak," but there was nothing written down about what the cause was, whether it was repaired, etc. I haven't noticed a leak, but I must say those notes have stressed me out a bit now. Other than the shoddy 3rd party paint work, the mysterious mechanic's notes, and the over-heating-low coolant level, I actually love the car. the app and financing process was fairly painless, I just wish they would give you the option of setting up auto pay later, and not making it a condition in the beginning, in order to lock in the lower financing rate.

2019 Hyundai Veloster
It was mostly seamless and pain-free. There was a little bit of silence between having a tiny error on my contract (wrong color car/ right VIN) and my car delivery. Best help ever from some Guy in AZ. Really. Nicest guy, above-and-beyond. Car on time and the Deliverer was awesome also. It was clean, GORG, and everything I was expecting. I will NEVER SET FOOT ON A DEALER LOT AGAIN and yes I may be yelling. DO it! I have excellent credit (above 800) so it was easy, legit, fast and extremely competitive.

All I did was to choose the car I wanted and everything else was done by Carvana.
I had to take off 1 star for 2 delivery delays which caused multiple off days from work and multiple phone chats with my insurance provider. Totally understandable since the car I bought was shipped from AZ to MD.
The overall buying experience was still a very quick and easy.

Great car and price. Worth the value. Only concern was date of original delivery received call from a Carvana rep in AZ. Told car is two transfers away and needed to reset delivery date. Stated new contracts will be sent and I needed to resign and return. Nothing was sent. I had to contact a rep on the toll free number, explained problem and new contract was sent over in a few minutes. I was afraid that I would run into another delivery delay without a signed new contract.

Having purchased between 7-9 cars over the last 42 years (that's right)...this has been the absolute BEST experience I have ever had! No dealing with salespeople. No sitting at the dealership ALL DAY LONG! Just pick out the car I want and BAM! It's here!
