Found the car of my dreams. Beginning the process was very easy. Once I reserved the car, things were a little rocky. I initially asked to have my car delivered to my home by a 3rd party, as a rep advised me I was outside the delivery area. I overnighted my check as instructed. I called repeatedly and was told the check was not at the processing center, even though they could see from the tracking number it had been received. I got lots of different answers as to why the check had not been processed. Finally, I spoke to a Rep, Hannah, that knew what she was doing! She told me the car could indeed be delivered within 10 minutes of my home (I'd been told previously I was 4 hours away from the closest hub and I'd have to drive half way to meet). After speaking to Hannah, the check was suddenly processed and my delivery scheduled. I only had one other hiccup, my Farm Bureau insurance agent would not add insurance for my car, until I had the car in hand. However, Carvana, Phil, said it's TN state law that we have insurance before it's delivered. This is not true, as my husband works in the car industry. We ended up just adding the insurance and the car was delivered. Our delivery driver, Christopher, was great. He even submitted a request for a second key to be made, so we wouldn't have too. Now…. To see how long it takes to get our tags and registration. This may completely change my review.
