The experience was easy, stress free and no land sharks, but with a few exceptions. I know financing with Carvana probably would have been easier and faster, but your rate was higher. When utilizing a third party finance company, the paperwork uploading is a bit much especially when you "assume" you have sent everything including when vehicle registration begins. One more thing. Not all imperfections were listed on the website. The damage/scrapes/etc., on the front bumper and grill appeared to be made during transporting to Las Vegas, NV. Overall, the experience was outstanding.

Everything about this process was great! Great selection, user friendly process in choosing a vehicle. In fact, I was mid- process of making a purchase, found another vehicle with less mileage, and with one click, my data was switched to the second vehicle, which I purchased. I'm very happy with my purchase!! They also register the vehicle and send me the new plates! Nv DMV is a nightmare and I'm so grateful for one less hassel!

One night my wife saw an ad for Carvana. She didn't know I had already been on the sight looking for Fiat convertibles. When we clicked into the App, the very first car she saw was a mint green Fiat convertible with less than 10,000 miles. Within 15 minutes we had bought the car, traded in our old car with over 91,000 miles on it, got financing on the Fiat and arranged for a dropoff date. Better yet, even though it was a 2015, it was the 1957 Retro model. Since my wife was born in 1957, I got extra special brownie points for this purchase. 3 weeks later we are still ecstatic about the process as well as the car. Thanks Carvana and looking forward to your car vending machine in Las Vegas.

While I know buying a vehicle is usually a frustrating process, seems Carvana went out of their way to add to the hassle when it came to the registration. I am a disabled veteran and have handicap plates that in the state of NV plates stay with the vehicle. After several phone calls and speaking to a supervisor, I was finally told that Carvana could not register my new truck with the old plates. Did not understand why, but they just said "we can not do that" if you need those old plates you will have to reregister the truck after we do it first??? Seemed like a pretty stupid policy and not good customer service. After spending almost 2 hrs over as many days trying to get it worked out only to be told "we can not do that" I get an email from the supervisor saying sorry we can do that. Lots of wasted time and energy for something that could have been handled within 10 minutes.

I shopped for 3 months on Carmax, read reviews on Edmunds, KBB, and looked at local dealer offerings, created a spreadsheet to compare the 6 models in the category I was going to buy, and decided Carvana had the best offerings for value. I saved 10-13% over local offerings. The savings came from base price (12%) and processing fees (75%) for comparable CPO cars in the local (Las Vegas, NV) market. Purchased our last car at Carmax and kept it 7 years and very pleased but I think this will be better. Purchased this one (2015 Rav4, AWD, 12000 miles) cash. EXTREMELY pleased with Carvana Customer service. Car delivery was delayed enroute for 4 days and Carvana provided Enterprise rental for the interim. Cracked windshield showed up after delivery (day 1) and they had it replaced next day. Cannot say enough good things about the purchase experience. I LOVE THE CAR AND THE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
