Just make sure you take the time to look at the vehicle that you have in front of you versus the pictures that are shown. This was my 2nd vehicle purchase. The first car was wonderful and I only traded it in just to try something else. I realized something had happened to the car between them taking the pics and delivering. IT WASN'T UNTIL I CONTACTED THEM that they told me that the vehicle "hit a speed bump". Some speed bump...the bumper is cracked, and there is paint over spray covering the entire car including the wheels of the vehicle. They are calling it COSMETIC damage. If that was the case then why would the driver's side rear door, back bumper, need to be painted and my driver's seat is broken that contains an airbag... just waiting on it to blow prematurely. Then trying to find a repair facility that will work with Silver Rock here in Raleigh, NC is slim to none. When you approach them and say Silver Rock you get looked at and laughed at them told that they don't have the patience to work with them, they don't have a tech that can handle the repair, or the repair will most likely be coming out of my pocket. I feel some type of way about this one. It's scheduled to be repaired...but only a couple of things will be addressed. If it's not noted on the original posting of the vehicle, I would be weary to take the vehicle. I love the vehicle but just fix what is wrong.

I was skeptical at first but kept coming back to Carvana because they seemed to have the best inventory of low mileage cars. I finally saw one I couldn't resist so I reserved it to begin the process. Overall, everything went smoothly although it did take a little longer than I expected for them to prep the vehicle. Finally, the day arrived and instead of having my new vehicle delivered, they called and asked if I could drop by to pick it up because they were behind schedule. When I arrived the vehicle had some cosmetic issues that weren't pointed out on their website. This is where I was really impressed, my advocate brought out someone to talk with me regarding my concerns. I left the vehicle with them, essentially pausing the process to see if my concerns could be resolved before committing. They not only addressed my concerns but went the extra mile to exceed my expectations. I bought the vehicle and thrilled to have found a one owner, low mileage, no accident vehicle in the color I wanted! The process takes longer than it should, but I was happy with the outcome. Very easy purchase on Carvana website, picked the car, paid for the car, easy. Updating insurance took a bit of time with agent on phone (cause NC is particular). When it came time to virtually notarize paperwork, it became a chore. Either paperwork wasn't uploaded clearly "like someone threw it on the ground and took a pic" or "oh, we are in FL and can't notarize NC paperwork" or, the best one, "is one of these phone numbers associated with you 26 years ago?" BTW you only have 2 minutes to get it right. Good luck! Took days to get correct answers to finally be able to motorize paperwork. That process could have been better, especially since we paid cash and weren't financing.

The only thing bad about the experience was I had to drive to Charlotte NC to pick up my vehicle, you need to put a Carvana in West Virginia

Everything from the initial trade-in quote to picking up my new car was super easy. Overall I would highly recommend it to friends and family. It's trivial but I am very disappointed the vending machine at the Charlotte, NC location is broken. We were told there are only a couple architects in the world that can work on it and it requires them flying from Germany to repair it and with Covid I understand why that hasn't happened. Still bummed anyway as that is part of the whole 'thing'.

Originally we paid for a transfer from Florida on a vehicle from Carmax, it was 3 weeks later and we still had not received the vehicle and no one was able to give a location or a specific date on when it would arrive. We then searched Carvana. We inquired about the vehicle that was all the way in Arizona (I'm in NC), did the necessary steps and had the vehicle in the driveway in less than a week!! Hands down the best car buying experience ever! From customer service to our delivery driver!!

Purchasing process was very stressful being in NC but at the end I'm satisfied with the vehicle and all over service to make sure I was good to go.

My brother in law used Carvana up in NC. He suggested to use Carvana due to it being easy, hassle free, and the fact that I won't be in a dealership for 8 hours (exaggerating of course). I decided to pull the trigger. I searched for the truck I wanted along with filters. And BANG there it was…2015 Doublecab 4x2 Toyota Tundra. Great price! And in a few hours my finance was approved. Love it. For my next truck I'll be using Carvana!!

Had the need for a reliable daily driver - have been looking for a sixth generation Toyota Camry (avoiding the 2007-2009 models with 2.4L due to piston ring/oil burning issues). Bought a 2010 Camry with 70,000 miles with 2.5L engine and 6 speed transmission. Original ship date was missed due to Carvana logistics dropping the ball at Concord, NC location and had to wait an additional 10 days for delivery (was given $250 credit after complaining to Kathleen at Tempe, AZ HQ). Vehicle arrived on March 17th as rescheduled without issue. Delivery driver Aaron from Birmingham was very professional and helpful. Vehicle was in very good condition overall. Unfortunately, the Air Conditioning is not working, so I will be taking it to a local SilverRock approved repair center and see how well the 100 day warranty works. Makes me wonder about the 150 point inspection that is touted by Carvana. Since this was a cash deal, I cannot offer any feedback on the financing service available. Overall, the process was quite smooth with the exception of the 10 day delivery delay and the A/C not working.
