About the 2015 Ram 2500

4th-generation Ram heavy-duty pickup, mid-cycle year after the major 2014 mechanical update.

Ram positioned the 2500 as a heavy-duty pickup for people who need real towing and hauling strength but do not want to live with a stripped-out cabin every day. Ram’s marketing leans on pull-and-haul capability, Mega Cab space, a broad mix of work, luxury, and off-road trims, and the 2500’s rear coil-spring suspension, which helps it ride with more composure than many heavy-duty rivals.

The 2015 lineup ranges from the basic Tradesman work truck to the upscale Laramie Limited, which has premium black leather, navigation, bedside storage, and keyless start. Power Wagon versions emphasize off-road use with a 6.4-liter V8, a front winch, locking front and rear differentials, and a front stabilizer bar that disconnects for better wheel movement on rough ground.

“Since my truck is a base model there are now additional ways to adjust the drivers seat other than the back and forth and seatback adjustments. Since this is a truck it would be nice if Dodge would also provide a way to adjust the seat height as well. This would accommodate smaller drivers of this type of truck and a manual adjustment would not be a costly addition to the price of the vehicle.”

“The ride is a little rough but it's a sacrifice I'll make for the tight suspension. Overall my family and I have always and will always buy dodge trucks... it's the only truck that I have ever seen that looks and feels powerful enough to do any job and still be comfortable and look classy and elegant all at the same time.”

“Tire have ruined and otherwise wonderful experience. If you are going to ask $65k for this truck. ask $65.5k and give us the best tire available. There is NO excuse for Firestone not standing behind this product and YOUR client like they have.”
