2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Very nice vehicle. Way "more" of a vehicle than what I thought that I would buy for myself. I expect to keep this one for a long time. In addition to being a very high-end vehicle from a comfort, styling and ride perspective, it is also very capable when I need it to be with upgraded 4 wheel drive system, good ground clearance, good power and even respectable mileage.

We absolutely LOVE our new vehicle! Wish we would have purchased a Jeep years ago.

I love this vehicle. It has everything I could want in a car and it is a pleasure to drive

The tires were discolored and look terrible. The coloring is off and looks light brown in some areas.

Voice recognition not consistent-would love to have it do more things like adjusting climate. The shifter sometimes doesn't go smoothly into park. A few times I thought it was in park and I take my foot off the brake only to go back a little because it's still in reverse. The gear display also gets covered by the steering wheel so not seeing the gear there when parking.

New vehicle already needs repair and is taking weeks to get fixed. I've never had to wait so long for a repair for any other vehicle I've ever owned. I'm not very happy at all and my initial impression of Jeep is not good.

Had difficult time finding vehicle with both DVD player and tow package. Also did not care for black interiors... preferred the brown interiors with the cherry red exterior. Plus on vehicles that have DVD player located it in the center console, then u have no room in center console, u need to enlarge center console somehow.

The navigation system is [bleep]. It is worse than useless. Please just make it work with Google maps.

-Should offer more choice of exterior and interior colors - should still include CD players - should offer more storage compartments - all models should include the blind spot monitor and cross path detection for driver safety not just as an option and you should be able to choose any option rather than having to buy in packages, and lastly for the price of a Jeep Grand Cherokee, all models should come with a full size spare tire

The check engine light came on in only 1800 miles! I should have gone with my first choice, a BMW. I regret buying this car!
