I've owned 3 or 4 Jeeps in the past and have always enjoyed them. Mostly bought them for the 4 wheel drive as I live in upstate NY where there is a lot of snow and ice. Recently bought a travel trailer and the Jeep pulls it just fine!

Runs and drives smooth as silk, wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for such a cool and innovative vehicle. Will buy another one in 10 years.

The USB connection to the sound system occasionally makes a loud crackle when connected to my IPhone. The Radio works fine otherwise. I've tried different cables, but have the same problem.

My choice to buy the JGC was also based on the need to keep within a certain price range as my other car was reaching an older age and higher mileage. I found the JGC rated high for reliability in my research also.

I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee however there are some quality control flaws in assembly that I have recently noticed now that the "new" is wearing off. For example, the driver's side door does not close flush with the rest of the body of the vehicle and the chrome trim around the rear passenger window doesn't line up level with the driver's side window trim. There is lint in the paint job on the front quarter panel of the driver's side and the heated steering wheel isn't heated all the way around either (not sure if this is the Laredo because I've never had this feature). I've also found that the transmission doesn't change gears as smoothly as my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee but this is a new 8 gear set up with this Pentastar engine. It sure is pretty though!

Big problems are front wipers do not defrost even with defrost on high. They then do not clear the windshield. This is a pretty major problem. The other major problems are lack of mudflaps and guard under engine. You hit the smallest puddle and you have mud splashed all on your Jeep and up in the engine... and a LOT of it in the engine. It is for this reason that I will be trading my Jeep for something else that this isn't a problem. And I am a loyal owner of 6 Jeeps now. So, maybe put some thought into improving this for future models. In future design, the amount of debris from the tires that kicks up onto the Jeep, needs to be addressed. It is horrible. I have to wash my Jeep several times a week. As much as I love it, in spring, I will consider a different vehicle.

I am not happy with the keyless starting system. More often than not, the key fob is not recognized so I have to sit and wait until it finally recognizes it. Many times after I get the Jeep to start, I get an error message saying that the key fob has left the vehicle. It's very frustrating. The driver's seat is very uncomfortable. I can't believe that it's not possible to move the seat up or down. That makes it very uncomfortable.

You would think that a back-up camera would be standard equipment on all 2015 models. That is the only negative about the vehicle.

Back up camera should have been included. Better stereo - Bose preferred. Passenger seat should be easier to adjust (just like driver's seat). Needs to have back up cameras in ALL Jeep Grand Cherokees!

I wish it was cheaper in price.
