While the manufacturer makes fantastic cars, you can typically get just as nice of a car for less money for that reason, the Maserati Ghibli made the Forbes list of new cars to avoid in 2018. There's nothing inherently wrong with the car, but the high price tag makes it a less desirable option compared to similar midsize luxury cars.
