What started as a casual browsing turned into the most seamless car-buying experience I've ever had. The initial purchase had my numbers not adding up, but I was able to speak directly with a Carvana Advocate who backed out the purchase for me and helped me go back through it again to get the best results. My car payment is lower than what I was paying for my trade-in, my insurance premium decreased, AND I got my dream car. Couldn't be happier with the whole process, and I felt much more comfortable with Carvana's online experience than I ever have in a dealership with a face-to-face sales representative. I had heard mixed reviews from a few friends about their experiences, but most of them took place in the middle of this glorious pandemic, so that wasn't SUPER surprising. I'm glad I waited it out and decided to try when I did, because I'm 100% satisfied with the whole experience.
