I had anticipated some issues since nothing prior to delivery involved face-to-face interaction and because I was using third-party financing, but there were no hiccups and everyone I spoke to at Carvana was friendly and helpful. Delivery was fast and friendly, without any unnecessary delays or attempted upsells.
Having recently purchased my wife's car at a dealership, I can say that the process with Carvana was substantially easier. What took five hours at a dealership took only a fraction of that with Carvana and there was never any pressure to purchase some protection package or additional insurance.
As an aside, for anyone looking to buy a used electric vehicle, this is the way to go. Reasonable prices, but also a much larger selection than trying to find something sitting on a local lot.
