2015 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen 1.8L TSI
Overall MPG is slightly disappointing. City is definitely lacking while highway cruising is above estimated but overall is still lower than combined estimated even with 80%+ highway driving.

Returning to VW after many years and delighted with the advancement since my earlier experience.

2015 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen 2.0L TDI
Very hard to get in without hitting your head. Door is too short. Have to bend down a long way to get in. While the car holds the road like a sports car it is really too low for me overall. Would love to see AWD and a higher stance. Overall quality is excellent. Now with the problems the manufacturer faces I hope the overall quality does not suffer in the future. Voice system needs to take lessons from Google. System is way too slow and cumbersome. Any smartphone is lightyears ahead of this. Maybe you should use the voice system from my phone to control your in-car system.

I mostly use this car to transport my 3 dogs, the Golf Sportwagen is an excellent choice for this purpose perhaps even better than Subaru for example who deliberately market to dog owners.

I'm pretty furious about the diesel emissions scandal and wish I didn't own the car.

I loved my Jetta TDI and that model was discontinued in 2015, and the Golf SportWagen replaced it with improved drivability and economy.

2015 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen 2.0L TDI
Overall we love our two golf 2015 tdi's. One is the golf and the other is the wagon. Our only major concern is what vw will do about the faulty emissions results released in the news. How will the emissions be corrected. Will it affect our mileage and performance? We purchased our tdi's for the quality, performance and mileage of the cars. Overall, we are extremely happy with our 2015 TDI Golf Wagon. This model is a drastic improvement from the 2013. The car feel much more substantial than the previous model in: ride, handling, acceleration, features, fit and finish.

Terrible entertainment connectivity. Even a base model Kia has a USB / Lightning cable port. VW should seriously fire the head of this division.

Obviously, I now know that VW was lying about meeting emissions requirements with its TDI engines. My satisfaction will depend upon VW's solution for addressing emissions while not negatively impacting performance and fuel economy, or the overall cost of TDI maintenance. VW has the US market on manual transmission diesel cars under 40k.

The only problem has been with the radio indicating the wrong station or automatically going to the wrong station.
