The rear entertainment seat is not easy to use. I was looking forward to easier, more technological system than the previous and it is not, especially if you have an Apple iPhone. I'm looking forward to an update to help with that. We rarely use it and I used it almost every day in my previous Yukon. Also the doors can't fit cups in the cup holders. I agree with adding cup holders to the middle console but then you took them away in the doors as nothing but a small water bottle fits in it. Just disappointing. Also the camera parking feature needs a more convenient way to access. I have to push 2 buttons to get to it. My husbands truck has one button to access cameras and that makes sense. You don't want to search for your camera button when you are trying to park. Those are my main complaints. Things I was looking forward to that are disappointing.
