I love driving the F-150 Lariat w/ 2.7 Ecoboost. Plenty of power to tow boat. The 2.7 Ecoboost has more power, both bottom & top end, than the small 8. Have the "Adaptive Cruise Control", which almost makes traffic a pleasure ;-)

Don't buy it piece of junk since 800 miles stalls out no one knows how to fix it .at 4000 miles back up camera stopped working I would never buy another one very disappointed
