The navigation system is terrible. Voice recognition is terrible. Staying connected to internet is terrible. The cheapest navigation system ford could buy. To complicated to say the exact terminology required to expedite desired results. Voice commands are to dangerous to use while driving. Overall the navigation is an embarrassment to ford.
