Land Rover positions the Range Rover Sport as the more athletic member of the Range Rover family: a luxury SUV meant to feel sharp and confident on pavement without giving up the brand’s real off-road ability. The SE is the straightforward luxury-and-capability model, with height-adjustable air suspension, leather seating, and a 10-inch navigation touchscreen; the HSE adds a more comfort-focused cabin and extra driver aids. The new HST is the 2019.5 standout, pairing a 395-hp inline-six with dark trim, suedecloth accents, and added off-road hardware. At the top, the Autobiography emphasizes comfort around a 518-hp V8, while the SVR uses a 575-hp V8 and sharper road-focused tuning.
