2018 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid

Loved the styling of the clarity and the combined MPG

Great technology, smooth quiet. Feels luxurious.

It's a great ride, very quiet and doesn't need gas.

Owning a plug-in hybrid in Seattle makes so much sense. My commute is 13 miles round trip, so I only have to charge the car a few times a week. We've owned it for almost 6 months and have only put gas in it 2 times.

The Honda Clarity PHEV is the best and only mid-sized plug-in electric vehicle and has a superb all-electric range and performance.

The range and charging time are not as advertised.

The Hybrid Clarity drives swiftly, is very comfortable, the leather interior comes with the Touring gives a luxurious feel. It's fuel efficiency in the daily commute is just as expected, great for day to day use. I haven't used it for long distance drive yet. In my day to day use, I pretty much use only the battery charge mode. I've had it for two months, do love it. However giving the price I paid, I wish I didn't have to deal with a few design kinks. Overall, I trust the Honda brand and all the safety features in this car that I didn't have in my previous vehicle.

I like the car a lot - the electronics annoy me sometimes, because it seems like there are some bugs - especially with an Android phone.

It gets the mileage expected per charge and is very nice to drive.

Make the jump! The Clarity PHEV is the best choice for now. You get an electric vehicle for the majority of your driving needs, then a hybrid for those further trips. Unfortunately the charging network makes it hard to completely ditch the gas engine.
