Great looking car with an affordable price. I purchased the Hybrid model because I enjoy the idea of providing the same look and feel but with less impact on the environment. Plus trying to get my overall MPG as high as possible is like playing a game and has made my driving safer.

Decide exactly what you want (brand, extra features, etc.). Contact numerous sellers, and negotiate best price among them.

The 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring is a loaded must buy or lease if you are: 1. Generation X or Millenial 2. Environmentally conscious 3. Want to gas your car once a month 4. Insanely smart technological advances that work with your IOS Apple devices. Navigation, breaking assist etc. 5. You want a car that works hard to protect you. Best safety features in collision avoidance, break mitigation, lane keeping assistant, dimming glare of traffic behind the car. Cameras to the front, side and rear to assist in backing up and right turning. Left drive mirror has an extra convex mirror to avoid any blind zones. 6. You want a hybrid with 202 HP and that has crazy pick up speed and competes with none hybrids.7. Elegant interior and exterior styling, roomy interior, heat or cooled seats and drivers seats that adjust 9 ways and remembers your selection for next time you drive8. A quiet smooth ride so quiet you forget the car is on and can near leave it running when you stop. 9. Insane Sound with 9 way speakers. It feels like you are at the concert on apple play with your favorite music. 10. The only downside with the 2017 Accord Hybrid is the trunk room. 13.5 CF much smaller then 15 plus of the regular accord. But its a small price to pay for having the extra hybrid engine which takes up the trunk space. Compared to other hybrids, Honda actually increased the trunk from their 2015 model. But while the trunk my not fit more than a suitcase and carry on, at least you have room for 5 to travel in style and in comfort. Unlike the tiny BMW i 3 or the Nissan leaf. Also this car is gorgeous. Am in love.

In hindsight the MPG of the Hybrid is probably not really worth it considering the current gas prices and excellent mileage you can get out of a regular Civic or Accord, and the premium of it being a hybrid could instead go towards getting a nicer trim.

consider loudness of the motor when accelerating, and highway fuel consumption - if going over 70 mph - tops at 42-44 mpg. I get an average of 50+. Really great, but the vehicle is more expensive, so really no savings. Will see how it behaves during winter months, and in 2-3 years.
