The 2016 QX60 is a three-row luxury crossover focused on family space, flexible seating, and a comfortable ride. The main 3.5 model uses a V6, while the Hybrid pairs a supercharged four-cylinder engine with an electric motor for better fuel economy. Styling

The front and rear were redesigned with INFINITI’s signature grille, updated headlamps, LED daytime running lights, LED fog lights, and revised wheel designs. Inside, the QX60 received graphite-weave trim, a stitched upper dash, and a new shift lever.

Structural

INFINITI retuned the steering, suspension, rebound springs, and chassis for a more controlled ride. Acoustic front side glass was added to reduce cabin noise.

Safety

Optional safety packages gained Predictive Forward Collision Warning and Forward Emergency Braking with pedestrian detection. These features did not become standard across the lineup.

Powertrain

The V6 and hybrid powertrains carried over. The Hybrid added electric-active engine mounts designed to reduce vibration.

Tech

On the Hybrid, navigation, premium audio, a 360-degree camera, a touchscreen, remote start, a heated steering wheel, and roof rails changed from optional to standard. The third-row seat shifted from standard to optional across the lineup.
