I'm very impressed with the head room in this vehicle. I'm tall, in previous purchases I've skipped the BMW brand due to lack of head room. Absolutely love this vehicle!!!

When I saw the X4 on the road for the first time I loved it, the 2nd time I knew it was going to be my next car purchase.

The rear window is too small to see out of well. We have the X4 and the coup styling and slanted trunk make for a smaller rear window. If the rear window could be enlarged without losing stability that would greatly help the rear view mirror view. It's a great handling car. It's balanced and FUN.

The rear hatch needs to be redesigned so it can be opened fully in a garage when the garage door is open. Also, there is a strange sound coming from either the transmission or drivetrain which I haven't heard before. My wife likes it

the one issue I had was a rattle in the rear, driver's side door window. I am disappointed that the easy entry door handles are only on the front doors, and they are not on the rear doors. Also, visibility is a little tough. The rear view mirror is mounted pretty low on the windshield which creates blind spots, plus the back window is already small to begin with.

I love everything about the X4 EXCEPT that it cannot take a roof rack -- no OEM or after-market roof rack is available. That is unacceptable in a "Sports Activity Vehicle." Two things disappointed me about the X4: 1) The run-flat tires. Having this as an option would be nice. However, having this forced upon me does not leave me feeling good. 2) There is apparently no way to attach a roof rack to the vehicle. Being a SAV (Sports Activity Vehicle) it seems to be an oversight not to have the capability to attach a roof rack.

Satellite radio is horrible. Over compressed sound and distortion.

My vehicle has the upgraded smartphone integrated connector/charger in the center armrest console but BMW does not support Samsung Galaxy 6 phones. Please make this feature available to users other than Iphone users. Some of us do not like Iphones. I would like BMW to make car phone adapters for the most recent Samsung Galaxy phones. Your selection of adapters for Samsung phones is very outdated and not everyone is an Apple IPhone lover.

As I have previously reported, the printed owner's manual is considerably BELOW expectation. It needs to include the options for my car and country, but not for others. It is often worthless because it outlines lots of options without saying which apply to my particular car. In this day of computerized printing, it would be quite easy to feed my options into a computer and have it print out a manual that actually pertained to my car. Can't tell you how frustrating this is. Not appropriate for what is otherwise a top-notch car. My only major complaint about my new car it that the owner's manual is next to worthless. This is a complicated car, so having more guidance in a manual would have been helpful, and frankly, at this price level, expected. It was appalling how bad it is. It is not specific to my vehicle and even uses English terms that are not used in this country. In these days of computerized printing, it would be very easy for them to provide a customized printed manual, specific to my model and my options.
