Really nice car, it being higher off the ground, gives a different feeling, takes a little while to get used to. Very happy with car.

As indicated on previous surveys, the car is undoubtedly fine. But the inferior quality of the owner's manual and related features place a real black cloud over the ownership experience. All the technical features are hidden behind a screen of gibberish or even worse, ignorance. The material for the owner to learn about the abilities and characteristics of the car are woefully lacking!!!!!

This is the third Volvo that I have owned and the sixth in my family, so I know what to expect. Volvos tend to be a little more money than I might want to pay, but are worth it in construction, performance, and safety.

I was very surprised that the platinum package did not have warning alerts on the backup camera. My 1st Volvo did and so I obviously assumed it was a standard feature (Most cars now have it). Being as these are advertised as extremely safe cars, I was not entirely happy to know I would have to pay $2,000 to add this feature.
