Really love the size of XC60... not too big not too small...

I love my new vehicle. The only thing I would change is that I think the suspension should be stiffened a little to prevent floating feeling and the steering tightened to give a little more road feedback.

I am very pleased with my XC60 it truly fits my wants and needs in a vehicle. The XC60 T6 AWD is a perfect combination of reliability, toughness, safety, speed/acceleration and comfort for my needs. No Doubts.

- Would be nice to have fold down armrests on driver's seat for long trip use. - Air vents need to have a wider range of direction. - The front interior needs to be enhanced to provide more roominess without losing the comfort of the seats while providing desperately needed additional storage areas/access points for articles in the front compartment area. (Lexus RX330 definitely has the edge here.) This model is designated as an SUV which are typically a higher to ground seating arrangement than cars. - This model (platinum) should come with the remote start from keyfob as standard. - I would very much use an option to be able to close all of the vehicle windows and lock the vehicle with the car off through use of a button on the keyfob or by the locking function on the door handle.

I bought this car because I wanted a smallish SUV that was higher off the ground. I also wanted good fuel economy and I have always liked Volvos. I do love the car but was hoping for better gas mileage than I have been getting.

My clients' safety and comfort come first. They and I like the feel and comfort of my Volvo. I feel comfortable driving them on house tours and being able to talk with them as well.

More storage is needed in the front compartment. It would have been better if the sensor and the button in the front compartment would open the backend rather than just unlock it.

Lack of storage in front for coins, fast rack, etc. Poor build quality - front seat rattles when empty, entire vehicle does not feel solid on rough roads, power side mirrors do not fold. So not that great.

These are small details, however, the controls for the heated seats and windshield wipers are counter-intuitive, that is, they seem backwards. When one presses the heated seat control, it starts on the highest/hottest setting, then one must press it repeatedly to get to the lowest, or what should be the first setting. Another fine point - when opening the doors, the first stop on the hinges is not wide enough to exit the vehicle (both myself and my son are about 5'2" and 95-110 lbs.), and the second stopping point for the door is too wide and almost hits the adjacent vehicle in a parking lot. Also, what is the point of the automatic collapsing of the rear headrests except to give someone in the backseat whiplash? Again, just little things, but noticeable nonetheless.
