Concerned that the voice-activated navigation system is not functioning as it should. Ford should refine this. I am hearing of others with this same problem.

Have now noticed a few issues w/car. Armrest controls too far forward. Transmission controls should not be next to touch screen entertainment module. Have often made changes to other functions ( ie.. eject cd, radio controls) when shifting gears or manipulating right side of touch screen. Suspension is very choppy at highway speeds if/when road conditions are rough or weather is windy.

There are issues with my vehicle that make it difficult to enjoy. Small little things that irritate you, such as poor windshield wipers. To me, as someone who drives several miles a year, it can make or break my decision about being happy with a vehicle.

Overall satisfied. The engine noise on acceleration tends to be slightly high. The wheels tend to be a little hard on some surfaces.
