About the 2014 BMW 6 Series

3rd generation 6 Series (F06/F12/F13), early-cycle year before the later facelift; lineup-expansion year with new 640i xDrive variants.

BMW positioned the 6 Series as a luxury grand tourer first and a sharp driver’s car second: long-hood styling, strong turbocharged power, and a richer cabin than a smaller BMW coupe. In this period it was sold as a two-door coupe, a convertible, and the four-door Gran Coupe, giving buyers the same elegant, fast-travel character in different shapes. Compared with rivals, the 6 Series leaned on its mix of dramatic design, strong straight-line performance, and everyday long-distance comfort.

The 640i is the balanced version, pairing a turbocharged six-cylinder engine with an upscale cabin, while the four-door Gran Coupe adds easier rear-seat access. The 650i steps up to a twin-turbo V8, richer cabin equipment, and premium audio on Gran Coupe models. The Frozen Brilliant White Edition Convertible stands out with M Sport trim, Nappa leather, a head-up display, and a digital instrument cluster.

“Want to fall in love --again? Buy the BMW 6501 Convertible in white if it matters to be sexy!!! It is hands down the fastest quietest power packed roadster out there. This 2014 remains supreme in pickup and purrs like the kitten she is. Hands down BMW continues to dominate this market segment. Body style stays true so no one knows how old the car is. I love it!! and no-- its not for sale.”
