I had never heard of CARVANA until my visit to Phoenix to see my sister. It was there that I saw the big new building they call their vending machine. Well here we are several months later and I started searching for a vehicle. The process I experienced here at CARVANA was professional and easy. As one from the generation of face to face and a handshake I was skeptical, but they truly made it easy. The search function and the filters were awesome, it made it easy to pinpoint exactly what we was looking for. I ended up financing with them and received a rate that was much more competitive than any local dealer I had spoke with.   I will be buying another vehicle through them in the not to distant future.

The Shopping was easy, but the purchasing could have been smoother. Did not receive much feedback between placing the order and the 7 day wait for the vehicle. I was called 2 hours before delivery while I was at work and told I needed to get them some documents within 15 minutes or my delivery would be delayed for 3 days. The car could have been cleaner. I did like the broad inventory selection and the ability to look at several cars before making up my mind. One additional note for the website filters... A steptronic transmission, while having the ability to manually select gears, is NOT a manual transmission.

Twice I bought a car with the help of Carvana and both times everything went just fine. The user-friendly interface of the site helps to easily create filters and find car options. Without leaving the device, arrange everything quickly and without delay. The process of buying a car from Carvana becomes an exciting adventure. I recommend what I choose!

It was easy to find the car via their search filters. On delivery, Julio was helpful and went the extra mile to help resolve a last-minute issue. Only drawback was when I tried to select the extended warranty, the number on the website didn't match what was on the final bill so I ended up declining.

The entire process was very easy almost to the point of worry, however, everything turned out great!! Only issue was the validity of the 150 point inspection as my oil wasn't changed, nor liquids topped off, had no washer fluid, and the air filter and cabin air filters weren't replaced - i had asked about all these and Carvana stated that everything was replaced, with new oil, but none of that was true - whomever does their changes apparently lied to them - the car i purchased apparently came from Hertz who i assume is part of Carvana's network of dealers.... so i'm still a little weary of the vehicle i had purchased as even the wireless charging pad does not work as well as trim pieces missing and little issues like that, as if the car didn't have time to go through the process properly - all these issues i addressed before purchasing and still not sure if they will be resolved, or if i'm on my own here - i still don't believe it went through any kind of inspection - otherwise, my review here is solely on the way the shopping experience was. i have to now spend another $1,000 or so in oil, maintenance, and repairs to this vehicle.... for the price i paid, all of this should have been addressed.

Tried to go the traditional route looking for a new car, was initially pretty skeptical about caravana and making such a huge purchase online. After about a month of dealing with car dealerships and sketchy sales people, I decided to give Carvana a shot. I was so happy and surprised. So many filters and easy ways to find exactly what you are looking for. I would recommend using Carvana to anyone looking for a new ride.

Great experience. Sold my existing car and bought another. Great deal. No hidden fees. Smoker remediation would have been nice. I changed my own air filters and bombed the car.

There was never any pressure of a salesperson trying to sell me a car. The specifications in the filters found me my Scion IA and I LOVE NY SCION. From finding a car to buying and shipping my car to me…IT WAS GREAT and Carvanas communication skills are 10/10.

The online shopping experience was pretty good with straight forward terms and costs. When filtering on amenities you will find out it filters out cars with the amenities you want because the car wasn't listed correctly. Such as leather interiors. I wish Carvana delivered where I live.  I had to drive 2 hours to go to the nearest location.
