Usually not. Persona, 20th Anniversary, and Nightshade models mainly add distinctive wheels, colors, trim, and cabin details to an existing Prius grade. Their appeal is appearance and rarity rather than a different hybrid powertrain, though their included comfort features depend on the edition and era.
