Toyota Corolla Cross

The Corolla Cross is a compact crossover SUV that accommodates five. The newest member in Toyota’s family of SUVs slots between the smaller C-HR and larger RAV4. Based on the Corolla sedan and hatchback, the Corolla Cross will likely offer some déjà vu for individuals familiar with those two aforementioned vehicles, particularly as it relates to Corolla Cross’ interior and disposition behind the wheel.

This value-oriented sport-ute is offered in three trims: the entry-level L, the mid-tier LE, and the top-of-the-line XLE. A seven-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration comes standard, as do a host of driver and safety features including adaptive cruise control, forward collision mitigation, and lane-departure mitigation.

All trims come with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine pumping out 169 horsepower mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Front-wheel drive comes standard, and all-wheel drive is optional. No hybrid or electric options are offered.
