Q4 means all-wheel drive. Earlier examples use names such as S Q4, while newer ones use Modena Q4 or Modena Ultima Q4. Ghiblis without Q4 in the name are generally rear-wheel drive.
Through 2021, the Ghibli S was the stronger V6 model. Both used rear-wheel drive and shared much of their comfort and technology equipment, but the S delivered quicker acceleration and a more forceful engine character.

The F Tributo is a 2023 racing-heritage special edition honoring Maria Teresa De Filippis. It adds adaptive suspension, full-grain leather, carbon-fiber cabin trim, sport seats, premium audio, and dedicated exterior and interior details.
The F Tributo uses rear-wheel drive, while F Tributo Q4 adds all-wheel drive. Both retain the special edition’s V6, adaptive suspension, full-grain leather, carbon-fiber trim, sport seats, and premium audio.
For 2018–2021 examples, GranLusso is the clearest comfort-focused choice because it adds ventilated seats and upgraded cabin features. In 2022–2023, GT is the calmer entry trim. The final-year Modena Ultima Q4 carries the richest comfort equipment.
Look for a Q4 model because Q4 means all-wheel drive. Depending on the era, that may be an S Q4, S Q4 GranLusso, S Q4 GranSport, Modena Q4, F Tributo Q4, or Modena Ultima Q4.
On 2020–2021 examples, both include the fuller driver-assistance suite with adaptive cruise control, lane support, and automatic emergency braking. On 2018–2019 cars, some assistance features were package-based, so verify the equipment on the individual used car.
