Lexus NX Model Lineup

The NX is a compact luxury crossover SUV with available seating for five. In Lexus’ lineup of luxury SUVs, the NX sits above the subcompact UX and below the midsize RX. The NX is based on the RAV4 from Lexus’ parent company, Toyota.

The NX is available in a few different trims that build upon the already well-equipped base model: the mid-level Premium, the performance-oriented F-Sport, and the range-topping Luxury. Additionally, Lexus offers the NX in a variety of powertrains, including both traditional gasoline and hybrid-powered options. These range from the four-cylinder, 203-horsepower NX 250 to the 302-horsepower NX 450h+, which is a plug-in hybrid. Generally, the higher the model number, the greater its output. Hybrid variants are designated by an “h” at the end of the name (e.g. NX 300h).

The NX employs an automatic transmission driving either the front or all four wheels. All hybrid versions since 2017 include all-wheel drive (AWD) as standard equipment, as does the (new-for-2022) NX 350; otherwise, it’s available as an option.

The subwoofer in the rear door was a horrible idea. Have to keep the bass setting low as it vibrates the license plate. Very annoying and kills the feel-good moment when my song comes on. I have to leave it turned down. :(

I fell in love with Lexus - I never wanted one as I see so many on the road and wanted something different, however; once I drove one, I understood why there are so many people buying them.

Love my Lexus. This is the 3rd Lexus I have owned and I find them to be such a reliable car. I seldom have any problems with them. I couldn't be happier with my car.

Prior to owning my Lexus I leased a Lincoln MKZ. I had low expectations for that car and was pleasantly surprised. My expectations for my Lexus were high. While I pleased with it I also expected it to be a good car

While I love my new Lexus, it doesn't quite meet my expectation as far as reputation. It does not drive as 'smoothly and seamlessly' as I would have hoped

I'm completely surprised that "BING" is the search engine on my Lexus. Bing is such a low, low, low browser versus Google. The Navigation system doesn't represent the quality and level of technology I would expect from the Lexus. I still obviously selected the Lexus, but I was surprised about purchasing a Nav system that could have been more forward in technology. I mainly use my Android phone with Google Maps connected the bluetooth in the car... Entering addresses on the Lexus system is pretty horrible and old school. Plus the interface is boring... there's so much more that could have been done with the Nav Monitor including graphics, sounds, etc... this really lowers the overall view of how I think about Lexus being an innovator.

I wish the voice command and the navigation system were designed better. The maps on the navigation is hard to follow and the voice command works half of the time. Also, the mouse pad on the vehicle is somewhat annoying, I can't control it as well as I would like to. I wish it was as simple as a knob that I can just turn and navigate the menu. Other than the ones listed above, it's a great vehicle and a lot of fun to drive!

Fell in love with the NX 200t when I first saw it advertised on TV several months before it was released.

Love our new Lexus, I just wish it had a forward looking camera to see parking lines and wheel stops

This car needs a coin holder for TOLLS. I think there are opportunities to improve mileage.
