Cadillac Escalade

The seats need to be larger and more comfortable - thigh supports too narrow. Integrate with Apple CarPlay. Haptic controls too inflexible, not responsive enough.

I am very disappointed in the lack of cup holders in the new Escalade.

It is definitely a brand that you can trust. LOVE IT.

Love the new Escalade! Will consider purchasing another Cadillac.

Two things I would change: 1) I would add AC controls onto the steering wheel to control cooling/heating and fan speed 2) Blind Spot when looking to check when backing out of parking spaces. Rear seat virtually covers entire side windows

Immensely disappointed with the 2015 Escalades. There should be differentiation in this luxury model. The new Escalades are little different from the Tahoe and Suburban but with a price tag of an additional $40,000. It is not quiet and does not have a tight luxury sound as does the Lexus, Infiniti, BMW. Its been quite embarrassing when friends comment. No more Escalades for me. My husband and I have purchased 56 Cadillacs in the past. He changed to Dodge Ram signature trucks about 6 years ago and would never go back. I plan to purchase from Mercedes, BMW or Jaguar soon as I possibly can.

I paid way too much money to be having the little nagging problems I have had with this car.

I love the way it handles and rides (it floats). The CUE system isn't that bad to operate but could/should be made a little easier or more convenient especially when changing radio stations. The pre-seat (for driver 1 or driver 2) adjustment should be placed in a more convenient location. I find I have to open the door to locate the button to push.

My only complaint is that I bought a "Next Generation" vehicle with a 6 speed transmission. In mid-model year they introduced a new 8 speed transmission. Had I known they were going to do that, I would have waited.
