BMW M8
The M8 is the flagship model from BMW’s high-performance M division, and it looks and drives the part. It also costs as much as a house. For all that coin, you get a twin-turbo V8 that makes glorious power, plus a sophisticated all-wheel-drive system that routes it expertly to the tarmac. But if you want to take more than one passenger along for the ride, make sure to opt for the four-door M8 Gran Coupe, which offers a far more usable back seat than its two-door coupe and convertible variants.

BMW M8 Model Lineup
The M8 is a high-performance luxury car that seats four or five, depending on the configuration. Like the 8 Series on which it’s based, the M8 comes in three body styles: a coupe, a convertible, and a fastback-style sedan called the Gran Coupe. As the most expensive model from BMW’s M division, the M8 slots above the midsize M5 sedan; however, it’s actually smaller in some dimensions.
BMW offers the M8 in two trims: base and Competition. The latter, which boosts power and performance, switched to an option package in 2020 and finally became standard equipment in 2022. All versions are well equipped with luxury and safety features, including standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration as well as forward collision mitigation. More advanced driver aids, such as adaptive cruise control, a surround-view camera, and blind-spot warning and intervention, are optional.
Under the hood, the M8 sports a turbocharged V8 engine making 600 horsepower in base trim and 617 hp in Competition form. It’s backed by an eight-speed automatic transmission driving all four wheels. The combo is capable of launching the M8 to 60 mph in under three seconds.

2020 BMW M8 Convertible
Most powerful vehicle I've owned, but at the same time one of the most comfortable too. Too often vehicles compromise one for the sake of the other, but the M8 is a perfect mix of both. You can cruise comfortably and quietly in “comfort" mode or unleash the beast in sport mode

My M8 Convertible is a truly exciting sports car to drive. I was looking for something that was not the cookie cutter make or model and this car is unique in style, quality and power. TE NY

Be prepared to purchase a winter driver. The summer tires prevent use in snow, cold and other extreme conditions. they're the reason for the Jeep!

The integration with Car Play/Apple absolutely sucks and there is a complete disconnect between Connected Drive and BMW finance that is more than massively offensive.
