2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer: What's New, Specs & Features
Last updated August 4, 2026

The biggest change for 2026 is that Jeep merges the former Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer into one Grand Wagoneer family with a new trim structure and refreshed front end. This is a meaningful mid-cycle update, not a carryover year.
About the 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer
2nd generation (WS, launched for 2022), mid-cycle refresh and lineup consolidation year.
Jeep positions the 2026 Grand Wagoneer as a family-first full-size SUV that mixes true Jeep capability with a roomy, premium cabin and heavy-duty towing ability. Its core appeal is simple: it is one of the few big three-row SUVs that tries to do luxury-family duty, boat-and-trailer duty, and rough-road duty in the same vehicle. Compared with many luxury rivals, Jeep leans harder into 4x4 credibility, trail hardware, and usable family tech.
The standard Grand Wagoneer takes over as the family-focused entry model, with a 420-hp six-cylinder engine, a navigation touchscreen and standard Active Driving Assist. The Upland is the trail-focused version, with an adjustable air suspension, a two-speed four-wheel-drive system and steel underbody protection. At the top, Summit Reserve emphasizes luxury with quilted leather, a 23-speaker McIntosh sound system and an integrated front console cooler.
