About the 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer

Current U.S. Trailblazer generation introduced for 2021; 2025 is the second model year after the 2024 refresh.

Chevrolet positions the Trailblazer as a small SUV with standout style, everyday usefulness, and easy tech. Its pitch is simple: bold design, standard large-screen infotainment, flexible cargo space with the fold-flat front passenger seat, and available AWD in a city-friendly size. Compared with the cheaper Trax, the Trailblazer leans a little more adventurous and a little more versatile, especially for shoppers who want optional AWD and distinct sporty or rugged trim personalities.

The 2025 Trailblazer remains a small SUV with four distinct personalities. LS covers the practical basics with an 11-inch touchscreen, while LT adds convenience features; ACTIV brings off-road suspension tuning and a skid plate, and RS pairs sportier styling with the stronger 1.3-liter turbo engine.

“It is reliable and fun to drive, and gets good mileage. I like the ability to toggle off some of the newer features such as engine off at stoplights and lane departure. The console compartment is too narrow for a tissue box. Rear storage space could also be a little larger; tight for golf clubs. I would also like to have had seat memory on the driver's seat since two drivers share the car.”
