Porsche positions the Cayenne as the sports car of the midsize luxury SUV class: a practical two-row SUV that still feels unmistakably like a Porsche from the driver’s seat. Its core draw is the blend of sharp handling, strong powertrains, high towing capability, and everyday usefulness, wrapped in a premium cabin with extensive tech and personalization. Compared with rivals, the Cayenne’s defining pitch is that it sacrifices very little driver involvement while still working as a family and travel vehicle.

The lineup stretches from the turbo-V6 base model and 455-hp plug-in E-Hybrid to the 453-hp V8 GTS and 541-hp Turbo. The new 631-hp Turbo GT is a harder-edged, four-seat Cayenne Coupe with carbon-ceramic brakes and track-tuned air suspension. The Platinum Editions take a more comfort-focused approach, adding Satin Platinum details and extra luxury equipment to the base Cayenne, E-Hybrid and S.
