The vehicle is excellent overall but the 2020 ES Lexus has a horrible control system for entertainment and information that uses a very outdated touchpad that is difficult to learn and use, especially while driving. If the 2021 model has a touchscreen rather than a touchpad, then I would buy again and recommend for others to buy as well.
