2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500

The Chevy Silverado is the best vehicle on the market right now for comfort and performance. We will continue to purchase this same vehicle in the future. The new front grill look has been an excellent change to the 2020 model year.

Great truck, buy one.

Good quality and safety features. This vehicle also gets good gas mileage, also great towing capacity.

There are 4 things that need attention 1) there should be standard grab handles on the exterior for use with the side step feature for the truck bed. 2) when using Wi-Fi the truck shuts off to save the battery way too soon and it drops you when using the Wi-Fi. It should be able to be used for a longer period of time like maybe a few hours. I have unlimited data and when camping I use the Wi-Fi to stream movies ( with engine off) and it shuts off all power 20 minutes into the movie. My 2018 Silverado would go for 3 or more hours before automatically turning everything off. 3) the front passenger seat is not comfortable in a fully reclined position, when laying down the lower part of the seat doesn't sit flat enough and it digs into your back, 4) the center console is so deep it is like having a garbage can in the middle of the seats. There needs to be something that can be put in it to organize things not just have a deep hole that will fill up with junk and lost forever.

If you want to tow with confidence and ride in comfort then this is the truck for you!

If you looking for a smooth operating, quiet truck, this is it! See if there's the option of a manual tailgate. Make sure you get the step bars because they make it easy to get in and out.

Steering wheel does not tilt like they used to, dash looks like an older vehicle from the 70's or 80's, shoulder seat belt does not adjust to fit for height, center air conditioning and heating ducts do not adjust, do not like to use on star for everything, windshield washer knob is hard to use in current location, seats don't feel like leather but rubber. Lights in box of truck located in back corners are to easy to get broken, exterior plugs for camera are only on exterior instead of inside the box for easy plug in.

It is awesome, but consider more comfortable seats, maybe leather. Perhaps it is unique to the 2500HD, and the 1500 is more comfortable.
