Consider the workmanship of the vehicle above all else. Definitely take a test drive before making the final decision. My Audi rode like no other vehicle I had ever been in. So much thought goes into making these cars. Every nook and cranny seems to be covered with technology.

Make sure you get a second delivery to go over new features

Note marked turbo lag on acceleration from stop.

Make sure the vehicle has all the technology you want, assume nothing, I was told that I got the technology package but it was woefully short of what I wanted.

The touch screen displays are difficult to use while driving because you must look at them in order to operate. Unlike having knobs and tactile control buttons which you can feel without looking at them. Perhaps there is a voice control option for these commands but I don't know about that. Also, in the summer, the sun comes straight down through the windshield and there is a lot of chrome on the dash and stick shift which reflects up into your eyes. Not good. Less chrome in the interior please.

Take the time and test drive an Audi A6. I have owned or considered, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar and Volvo. This car was the best value out of these. The 2.0 liter 4-cylinder has plenty of power. The V-6 was quite a price jump for the moderate amount of added performance.

I was interested in the newest technology, when purchasing a new vehicle. While I chose the Audi, in hindsight, I would say that the higher cost of the Audi compared to other "luxury" cars is not justified for me.
