An excellent, comfortable, over the road vehicle, with a new, powerful 300 HP engine and Apple Car Play connectivity and great sound system as well as Toyota Safety Sense. The navigation system and Entune features are still not technically up to date. The addition of Apple Car Play makes up for these negatives. Also, the Rear Cross Traffic Alert sound, coming from the back of the cabin, needs to be much louder.

The 2019 Avalon is a great car but the CarPlay technology is a little clumsy.
