The technology package is amazing - the car can pretty much drive itself. And electric cars have a lot more "get up and go" than gas cars.

We must get away from fossil fuels. The Nissan Leaf is a very well made car that has a decent range on the battery life. I would wish the Leaf had better visibility and fewer blind spots, but I did not have that option.

This is a great commuter car, with lots of pickup and is easy to maintain.

Standard model is great as a second car, but not for trips or winter driving. I love the traditional dash and feel and instrumentation. Needs more attention to detail on interior layout. More "clever" storage spaces.

The frame between the front windows and the windshield its very thick toward the bottom and hard to see around.

The Leaf has excellent pick up. Easy to charge, but should come with cords that allow for various levels of charging as do other models of same car.

Think about how often you would push the range limit.

The on button and the heat/cooling button are placed too close together. It's easy to turn off the car by mistake when you Turn off the ac. To drive you move the lever behind, to reverse, you move the lever forward, which is opposite of intuition. The glove box can't lock. There is no coin box. It drives nicely. The rear seats can collapse. There is good leg room. There is no room under the seats.
