This is our third RX350. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the first two. The safety/warning features on the 2019 model provide a more secure/safer ride, not that we felt insecure or unsafe previously.

I'll never get another one. The transmission is a jerky mess. Drives like a 20 year old school bus. Service department told me to live with it. Never again!

I am NOT as in love with this vehicle as I was my 2013. I was told I could get the pretty wood on the interior and instead got that UGLY black and aluminum stripe stuff that I DO NOT LIKE. The motor is a DOG. I really have to WORK to keep it going fast on the interstate. Do not like cruise control. Dashboard, I was told, is leather. Hard to clean at cleaning stations. Grabs onto paper and cloth rags. Navigation is WAAAAY to hard to learn.
