2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid

I really love the vehicle i purchased., considering performance. Very reliable and I feel safe driving.

The comfort, handling, and efficiency are great! I love the way it looks, and the way it handles. The different driving modes take some getting used to, but they really add to the driving experience once you understand them. The RAV4 handles great in the snow, I have complete confidence in it! Also, I like to be competitive with my gas mileage, and I am impressed I can get a 36mpg average!

The 2018 RAV4 is highly rated. My experience since purchasing it supports that rating. My only hesitation is learning the electronic features that have been added since I purchased my last car in 2010.

Hybrid battery sacrifices some cargo space. With hybrid, there is no towing capability.

My biggest disappointment with my 2018 RAV is lack of digital speedometer, I felt like I was going back to old days as my 2014 Malibu has digital speedometer. Speedometer dial is poorly located and too small... it's a very bad design. Also, not enough storage in mid console, or a place for a purse.... seems to lack female input on design aspects. Gas mileage is great, wish it had OnStar or something similar, but mileage is great. Size is great for my needs but when all the kids are home, it's too small. Wish it could remote start to heat up and cool down in our extreme climates. Wish I could set the text messages to something more personal...how does a standard reply not include "ok" ? I would change lots of things, but the mileage is very good. Passenger seat is not auto adjustable which is annoying. The back cargo area has a hump in it....it doesn't lie flat which is really annoying trying to transport a full vehicle, and the second row of seats cannot move forward or back. However, the mileage is excellent.

Easy entry, comfortable seats, roomy for 6ft older male. Good fuel economy and acceleration in sport mode, should be good for overland travel.

Buy it - for a hyb. 4 cyl. it is great.

The safety features and comfort are great but the navigation system leaves a lot to be desired.
